Victor El-issachar is the founding prophet and pastor of Prophetic Alignment Assembly in Eldoret, Kenya. His prophetic ministry is characterized by specific words of knowledge, healing ministry, and prophetic counsel rooted in the Issachar anointing: discernment of times and seasons.
He anchors this ministry in Eldoret not as a disclaimer for not being in Lagos or London, but because this is where the gift was formed, tested, and confirmed. Eldoret is the anchor, not the ceiling.
